ESA003: How do I import Survey and Assessment into an EasyT web?

Use the following step by step procedures:

1. Extract Survey and Assessment to a temporary location on your local PC;
2. Use FrontPage to open the EasyT web for editing on your web server;
3. Select FrontPage menu item 'File|Import...';
4. When the 'Import' dialog is displayed, click on the 'Add Folder...' button;
5. When the 'File Open' dialog is displayed, navigate to the 'quiz' folder (created in step 1) and click on the 'Open' button; then
6. Click on the 'OK' button;
7. When prompted to 'Add Database Connection', click on the 'No' button;
8. When all files have been imported, select FrontPage menu item 'Tools|Web Settings...';
9. When the 'Web Settings' dialog is displayed, click on the 'Database' tab, then click on the 'Add...' button;
10. Enter the database name 'EasyT'; then
11. Click on the 'Browse' button, navigate to the database 'easyquizz.mdb' (located in the folder 'quiz/admin/dbase') and click 'OK';
12. Click on the 'Ok' button again;
13. Open the file 'default.asp' in a web browser on your web server for continue Survey and Assessment setup.
    
    Notes:
    i.  During file import, if you click 'Yes' when prompted to add database connection, FrontPage moves the database file location which prevents Survey and Assessment from working. Be sure to click 'No' instead.
    ii. Manually adding database connection (steps 8 to 12) enables write permission to the database.
