Resource Exchange V1.27

Version 1.27 combines an easy-to-use inhouse Resource Exchange database with a public Resource Exchange database accessible via the Internet.

During office hours, staff can use the inhouse database to handle phone, fax, mail, e-mail or in-person enquiries, facilitate exchanges, record contacts, schedule follow-up times, generate mailouts, report on usage and identify new opportunities. At any time, Internet users can search the Resource Exchange for potential deals.

Supplied as separate CD and Internet components, the CD (inhouse database) may be used to run a stand alone material exchange without any need for Internet access. Limited trial Version 1.27 software is available for download.

Minimum System Requirements:

IBM compatible PC with 20MB disk space and 32MB RAM
Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0 operating system
Dialup Internet access (optional)

Resource Exchange V2.0 (retrade.org)

Version 2.0 (retrade.org) is a fully Internet based application service, which can be accessed and managed using common web browsers.

Retrade.org enables participating organisations to directly manage their own material/service listings plus receive automatic email notification as soon as new desired material/service listings are added to the system.

Provision for confidential listings and new registration approval have been retained from Version 1.27, with listing update reminders automated to reduce administrative workload.

Organisations that currently run their own exchange system now have the ability to seamlessly integrate retrade.org's time saving administrative systems directly within their own web presence.

Retrade.org provides complete online administration for regional exchange and corporate operators whilst operating within a national framework. Retrade is a multi-lingual service which currently supports English and Japanese, with other languages to be added on demand.
